Despite the economic collapse that the united country is
experiencing, the political and social crisis, Venezuelan entrepreneurs have
developed different gastronomic proposals that, in addition, have contributed
to the needs of the local citizen. This circumstance has favored national
enterprises, which have managed to fill that space in the market and offer
variety in certain categories.
